With DMCC Free Zone, the number of employees you can hire will depend on the Office Space you will lease. If you require more visas than the allocated number, additional fees are applicable. (Example: A 150 sq. ft. Serviced Office entitles you to have 3 visa allocations)

DMCC has no minimum or maximum age requirement for an individual to become a shareholder. But individuals who are under the age of eighteen must be represented by a Legal Guardian.

The amount of the Share Capital will depend on the chosen activity. Minimum required Share Capital for a Service/Commercial Trading License is AED 50,000; and AED 1 Million for General Trading. This amount must be deposited in the company’s bank account and once Share Certificate is issued by the bank, money can be withdrawn thereafter.

GABC’s minimum rental period is generally 1 year. Early/Pre-mature termination of lease is allowed upon 3 months of occupancy.

Shareholders and Employees of a DMCC Free Zone Company are eligible to have a UAE Residence Visa. They can also sponsor their family as long as they reach the minimum salary and have the approved profession.

No, UAE is an income-tax free country.

You are not allowed to stay outside the UAE for more than 6 months. If you exceed more than 6 months, your UAE Residence Visa will be automatically cancelled.

No, you are not required to be a resident or to live in the UAE if you own a DMCC Free Zone Company.
