DMCC, the world’s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Asia House, the London-based centre of expertise on trade, investment and public policy, to bring a series of high-profile trade dialogues to the Middle East.

DMCC Executive Chairman, Ahmed Bin Sulayem, hosted US Consul General in Dubai, His Excellency Philip Frayne, for talks at Almas Tower this afternoon.

DMCC, the world’s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise, announced today the renaming of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) metro station to DMCC, effective immediately. The move highlights DMCC’s ongoing effort to develop, enhance and connect the JLT district, host to a growing community of over 100,000 people who live, work and visit the area.

In support of the Year of Zayed and Zayed Humanitarian Day on Ramadan 19, DMCC’s Executive Chairman, Ahmed Bin Sulayem, made a personal donation of AED 500,000 to Dubai Cares, a UAE-based global philanthropic organisation working to improve children and young people's access to quality education in developing countries. Mr. Bin Sulayem’s donation supports Dubai Cares’ Post-Earthquake Recovery Efforts for Education in Nepal.
