DMCC and China collaboration first to create Dubai marketplace for the global coffee trade

DMCC Coffee Centre to provide temperature controlled, world-class storage and warehousing facility with office and co-location space for exporters

DMCC, the world’s leading Free Zone for trade and enterprise in Dubai, has teamed up with Maersk Trade Finance to offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ solution that handles both the flow of goods and financing.

The requirement was raised by DMCC’s Food Trade Group, set up in October 2016, an industry group aimed at growing the global food trade industry by connecting financiers and traders alike. As a result, DMCC and Maersk came together to provide the trade with a solution that meets both their shipping and financing needs including pre- and post-shipment finance. The announcement came at the annual DMCC Food Trade Group dinner in Dubai.

In line with the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai concerning the one-day initiative A Day without Service Centres that aims to boost the use of government apps and e-services, please be advised that DMCC will suspend all physical and cash transactions at the Client Service Centres this Thursday 26 October 2017.  All walk-in members are advised to use smart channels on that day.
